Dr.M.Antony Raj began his rewarding career as a teacher (B.T Assistant in History), in St.Xavier’s Higher Secondary school, Palayamkottai from July 1992 which extended up-to October 2006. He educated, motivated, and inspired students in many ways. At present (since November 2006) he is serving as a teacher educator in St.Xavier’s College of Education, Palayamkottai owned by the Jesuits, a mark of excellence in the history of teacher education in India.
In this institution he had served as the Vice principal from 2012 to 2014 and Dean from 2014 to 2018.
At present he is the Director of Fr. Bonhoure centre for research. His major interest includes motivating and moulding the prospective teachers as agents of social change.
